For 25 years, Josie spearheaded complex global logistics management and program management initiatives for the U.S. Army, serving with distinction across both humanitarian missions and combat operations. Her exceptional military leadership and logistical mastery earned her some of the military's most prestigious honors, including the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star Medal, and the Army Chief of Staff Supply Excellence Award. Following her military retirement, Josie seamlessly translated her strategic acumen to the defense industry, excelling in senior acquisition and logistics roles at Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation. Tasked with managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios, she directed logistics operations for a $2.32 billion DoD program and engineered supply chain optimizations that generated millions of dollars in systemic cost savings. Through Ivy Pearl, she now delivers this same elite-level agile logistics, contract management, and operational support to federal agencies.
